I bought an upgrade of 2x gigawatts and the app took my gigawatts but the upgrade never was applied to my game! It used 1250 of my gigawatts. What's up?

I believe this is caused by a graphical bug in 2.01 that is fixed in 2.02. When you reach the end of the level, are your bonuses for swaps at 50/100/150/200? I think it is just *showing* you a lack of upgrade, but under the hood the upgrade went through.
